2022 has been an amazing year for Richland Building Partners, and it’s only going to get better! This year we’ve worked hard to deliver more than 30 luxury single-family homes and have continuously ramped up our multi-family home construction since 2019. In 2023, we will continue to expand our multi-family offerings from our current 75 unit building around Centennial Park in Nashville, TN. to an additional 53 unit building and even 250 more units in the East Bank neighborhood of Nashville.
We look forward to what 2023 will bring and want to take a moment to look back on some the projects we’ve completed this year!
3914 & 3916 Harding Place
Harding Place features two of Richland Building Partner’s largest, most luxurious homes ever – 3914 and 3916 Harding Place. These two homes share similar specifications including bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage, but differentiate themselves quite drastically in their design language and layout.
1314 & 1316 Clifton Lane
1314 & 1316 Clifton Lane are nestled towards the edge of Green Hills just south of Downtown Nashville. These two homes feature our signature design elements including large outdoor balconies, modern interior finishes, stunning accent lighting, and more!
Green Hills Station
While our multi-family offerings continue to grow, we will still be focusing on delivering 40 single-family homes in years to come, with some offering mixed use development and often a community type feel. Our Green Hills Station community which can be found here, is 8 separate units surrounding a shared courtyard and pool that brings people closer together without losing a feeling of sophisticated living.
Harding Place Showcase Event
Each year we strive to continue our growth and share what we’re doing for everyone to see. This year we held an event at our Harding properties that showcased some of our work throughout the year, new technologies and features being found in our homes, and the direction and goals we’re aiming for in 2023.
This year we were fortunate to have our founder, Chris Barnhizer, nominated as an award finalist in the 2022 Nashville Entrepreneurs Center NEXT awards Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction category for Market Movers. Chris was also nominated as an awards finalist in the Market Movers category for the 2021 NEXT Awards, as well.
