2023 was a big year for Richland Building Partners, and we know it’s only going to get better in 2024! This year we stayed true to who we are with elevated design, innovative technology and bold architecture. We were committed to seeing families in their new homes and we expanded our team. It was so rewarding to open our new office on 31st Ave.

Richland Building Partners multifamily division saw new heights this year. Odyssey at the Park provides guests with easy access to all of the city’s most sought-after attractions.
